Account Manager
Aurigma is an international company that develops software for product personalization and online document editing. Since 2002 our software has been used by hundreds of millions of users across the globe. We are looking for a diligent person who is fluent in English and has strong communication skills.
Requirements:
- Strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher). If you don’t have good speaking and listening skills, you at least have to be willing to improve rapidly
- Diligence, consciousness, politeness and attention to detail
- Communication and negotiation skills that allow you to easily find a common language with different people
- Ability and willingness to constantly learn new things and acquire new skills
- Higher education in IT-relevant field or basic knowledge of computer science is a plus
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- In cooperation with an Account Executive develop new business with existing and new clients as well as identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Daily communicate with customers by email and phone

Our flagship product – Customer’s Canvas – is an online W2P editor that is integrated into websites of our customers. In short, it’s a modern way to bring Photoshop and InDesign-baked templates to the web. The product is used by hundreds of companies in 30 countries.
